Staff were very helpful & friendly even before we arrived! I had certain requests & got very quick responses which were then followed through for our stay. (Eg. Franco, who also checked us out). Restaurant was pleasant for evening meal. Room had very nice comfy bed & good facilities. Free Parking on site & it’s not far from the motorway. We only stayed one night so did not explore travelling to Lille centre. There was a small gym onsite & they used wooden rather than plastic room keys, so also eco-friendly. Fun games (football & pool tables) around for kids (& adults!)

The room was large and comfortable. There is a restaurant on site. The location is also good with plenty of parking spaces and a bus and tram very close

We didn't take breakfast at the hotel. At 18 euros a head for a French breakfast, we could get cheaper in town. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. No complaints at all. Huge car park. Lille is about 20 minutes by tram. Easy and cheap; tram stops outside the hotel.

What made this place was the great staff, all so friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel spaces were well designed, all high quality furnishings and beautifully designed. The room was very nice, great shower and very clean.

The hotel was great. I loved the comfy beds and hot water, also a great location for taking the tram into the city centre so the car could stay in the free parking all weekend. Staff were super helpful 🤩

Nice location, good and quiet rooms, DC charging for electrical cars, easy to travel to center by tram. It is easy to drive as it is very close to the highway

It was very nicely decorated the common areas were comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were very nice and the beds super nice. Positive vibes everywhere. Breakfast was excellent as well!
